Lighthouse sends you notifications for important things like support ticket replies, account updates, and community announcements. You get to choose which channels those notifications arrive on and how often.
To configure your preferences, go to Settings and click Notifications.
For ticket notifications, you can choose how often emails are sent:
Other notification types (like promotions or announcements) are always sent immediately.
You can receive notifications through up to three channels:
Each notification type can be independently toggled for each channel, so you can pick exactly how you want to be reached.
| Type | What It Covers |
|---|---|
| Ticket Updates | New tickets, replies, and status changes on your support tickets |
| Account Updates | Promotions, and other account-related changes |
| Announcements | New community announcements |
| Blog Posts | Notifications when new blog posts are published |
If you'd like mobile push notifications, you'll need a Pushover account. Once you have one, enter your Pushover user key in the Notifications settings page. After that, you can toggle Pushover on or off for each notification type.
To receive notifications as Discord direct messages, you'll need to link your Discord account first. Once linked, the Discord DM option becomes available for each notification type. The Lighthouse MC bot will send you a DM with your notification.
