When you're first placed in the Brig, there's a short waiting period before you can submit your first appeal. This is intentional -- it gives you time to cool down and think about what you'd like to say.
Your Dashboard will show you the exact date and time when your appeal becomes available. Once that time passes, a Submit Appeal button will appear.
Your appeal is sent directly to the Quartermaster team, who handle moderation and discipline matters. They'll review your message and respond through a support ticket, so check your notifications for their reply.
After you submit your appeal, the Quartermaster team will review it. There's no set timeline for a response, but staff will get back to you through a support ticket.
If your appeal is successful, your access will be fully restored -- your Minecraft whitelist, Discord roles, and website access will all come back automatically. You'll receive a notification confirming your release.
If your appeal is not approved, staff will explain why. You can submit another appeal after a 7-day waiting period.
